Return and Exchange Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

All returns should be made within 14 days of the original purchase for store credit only. Items must be in their original condition with the tags attached. Clearance items, jewelry, sunglasses, body care, candles and room sprays are FINAL SALE.

Online Returns: Should you receive something that did not work, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you a return label and issue a refund, less the cost of the return label, once we have received the items. Returns typically cost $4-$9 depending on your location.

Online Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Please place a new order and let us know, we will be happy to send you a FREE return label and will issue a refund upon receiving the items. 

Holiday Return Policy: If you received a gift that's not quite right, we are happy to help you find something that is! All gifts purchased between 11/1/22-12/31/22 are eligible for exchange until 1/14/23. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt.
